Love the Padlet. So many cool resources. I love the part about modeling the growth mindset. I think praising the process is very important as it can lead to positive reinforcement and greater motivation. Growth mindset can be the holy grail of education and even counseling. Fostering an internal locus of control is paramount to build this. As educators, we can use Web 2.0 to create a community of practice that fosters this.
